BIKE FITTING

Winners Edge provides a bike fitting service utilizing the world renowned ‘bikefitting’ system (see www.bikefitting.com )

• Appointments must be made prior to a bike fit.
• Customers should allow up to 45 minutes for this process and must attend the appointment with cycling shorts, shoes etc.

Bike Fit for existing bike:- ($100) Customers with an existing bike will be measured and the results for frame geometry and riding position will be applied to the customers’ bike with recommendations for changes such as stem length, handlebar width, crank length, seat height, saddle position and shoe adjustment. Any work needed to complete changes (labor) to the bike is included in the cost of the bike-fit. This does not include the cost of replacement parts.

Bike Fit for new bike:- ($50) If the bike fit is for a bike to be purchased from the Winners Edge all changes to the bike will be made prior to the customer collecting the bike.

REPAIRS

Winners Edge has a fully equipped service department to handle all repair work and servicing needs which will be carried out by experienced mechanics. From the smallest jobs like repairing punctures to complete overhauls no job is too big or too small.

Repair work is done on a first come first serve bases (no appointments) Once work is complete customers are required to collect their bikes within three days. A $3 per day storage fee may be charged for bikes not collected.

Unfortunately Winners Edge is unable to provide a collection or drop-off service for repair bikes.
